Article 19 of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China defines the content required to be defined by labor contracts. Overtime pay must not go below 1.5 times the hourly rate on a normal working day, 2 times on a rest day and 3 times on a public holiday. The total amount of hours of overtime per month must not exceed 104.
